This role is for one of the Weekday's clients Salary range: Rs 1500000 - Rs 7000000 (ie INR 15-70 LPA) Min Experience: 6 years

Location: Mumbai, Delhi, NCR

JobType: full-time

The Role You are the driving force that makes things happen. Internally, you will oversee operations, externally you will nurture client relationships, and act as the essential link connecting ideas to revenue.

Requirements What You'll Do

  • • Business Growth . Revenue

  • • Identify new business opportunities, pitch to potential clients, and secure deals

  • • Establish structure in processes, timelines, and project execution

  • • Collaborate cross-functionally with creative, strategy, and performance teams

  • • Guarantee projects are completed on time, aligned with briefs, and impactful

  • • Strategic Thinking

  • • Possess a deep understanding of customer acquisition, brand development, and growth drivers

  • • Contribute strategically to campaigns beyond just execution

  • • Balance creative vision with measurable business results

  • • Mentor and support junior team members

  • • Foster a culture of accountability, ownership, and high performance within teams

  • • Act as a cultural liaison bridging business and creative functions

  • What We're Looking For

  • • 6 to 12 years of experience in agency, startup, or brand roles

  • • Strong business insight combined with client management expertise

  • • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and closing deals

  • • In-depth knowledge of marketing, branding, and customer acquisition strategies

  • • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities

  • • Highly organized, solution-focused, and composed under pressure

  • • A mindset of ownership and responsibility equivalent to that of a founder
