Role Description
The GM Security Area Manager/Sector Head will oversee and manage security operations, ensuring the safety and security of client premises. Responsibilities include planning and implementing security measures, coordinating with clients, supervising security personnel, conducting training, and maintaining operational standards. The role also involves periodic security audits, handling emergency situations, and reporting to company leadership. This is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills to oversee and guide security personnel effectively.

• Experience in conducting security audits, emergency planning, and implementing security protocols.

• Proficiency in event management and coordination of protective services such as VIP protection and surveillance.
