About the Role

🚀 Seeking a Technical Co-Founder / Founding CTO / Strategic Investor for PaxEM Health

I’m Dr. Harin Reddy, General & Laparoscopic Surgeon and Founder of PaxEM Health.

We are building a doctor-centric Health + Insurance + Finance Super Platform for India.

PaxEM combines:

✅ AI-powered clinic automation

✅ WhatsApp AI assistants for doctors

✅ Insurance claims automation

✅ Healthcare EMI / embedded finance

✅ Revenue optimization tools for hospitals

✅ AI-powered patient engagement

Vision:

• 1,00,000 doctors

• 1,000 hospitals

• scalable SaaS + fintech + insurtech ecosystem

We are looking for someone who can contribute in one or more of the following ways:

1️⃣ Join as Founding CTO and lead technology/product

2️⃣ Join as Technical Co-Founder with long-term vision

3️⃣ Strategic Investor with deep expertise in scaling SaaS / AI / healthcare products

Ideal background:

• HealthTech / SaaS / AI / FinTech / InsurTech

• Product architecture and engineering leadership

• Startup scaling experience

• Interested in meaningful equity / investment opportunity
