About the Role

COFOUNDER 1: TECH (FOUNDING ENGINEER / CTO)
Tech Cofounder (Equity Only) – Build the Future of Cognitive Intelligence

We are building Debatron — a cognitive performance evaluation platform that goes beyond debates

Think: measuring how people think, respond, and reason — not just what they say.
We are at:
MVP stage
Early test users
Applied for funding
Goal: $10M valuation in 12 months
This is not a job.
This is a build-from-zero, own-the-outcome role.
🧠 What You’ll Do
Take full ownership of tech vision & architecture
Rebuild/scale current MVP into a robust, scalable product
Work on:
AI-driven evaluation systems (future scope)
Real-time interaction systems
Data + performance analytics layers
Build and lead the future tech team
Make product decisions along with founder (not just execute)
🛠 What We’re Looking For
Strong full-stack capability (web-first, mobile later)
Experience or interest in:
AI/ML (big plus, not mandatory)
Scalable systems
Product thinking (not just coding)
Someone who can:
Build fast
Think long-term
Handle ambiguity
Bonus: Startup or 0→1 build experience

Not a 9–5 job

💰 Compensation
Equity-based (up to 20%)
Vesting: 4 years (1-year cliff)
No salary initially
