Finance Head/CFO

Company: Leading Industrial / Manufacturing Setup

We are looking for a hands-on, sharp Finance Leader who can operate at both strategic and ground level — not a reporting-only profile.

This role demands ownership, control mindset, and strong compliance depth.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end Finance . Accounts leadership

• Statutory compliance: GST, TDS, VAT, audits, filings

• Financial reporting: P.L, Balance Sheet, cash flow, MIS

• Cash flow planning . working capital management

• Budgeting, forecasting . variance analysis

• Cost control, benchmarking . business alerts

• Tax planning . regulatory coordination

• Audit management (Internal . External)

• Inventory . cost accounting oversight

• CMA data preparation . banking relationships

• Market intelligence (incl. commodity trends / NCDEX exposure preferred)

• Financial controls, policies . governance frameworks

• Fund raising exposure / PE / IPO readiness is a plus

Non-Negotiables (Read Carefully)

• 15–22 years experience in Finance

• CA preferred (strongly preferred over others)

• Must be from Manufacturing / Industrial / Agri / Commodity-linked businesses

• Strong exposure to compliance-heavy environments

• Stable career (no frequent hops)

• Currently working (no long gaps / sabbaticals)

• Must be Mumbai-based or willing to relocate immediately

• Pure FP.A / consulting profiles

• IT / service industry finance backgrounds

• Only reporting / controller roles without ownership

• Job hoppers or inconsistent careers
