About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be responsible for leading, developing, and enhancing the capabilities of Deal Ready Associates to assist bankers in providing exceptional customer service for various lending transactions. Your main focus will be on driving operational efficiency, ensuring compliance with risk and regulatory standards, and supporting customers in achieving their financial objectives. Your role will encompass overseeing all types of lending activities and ensuring input quality, file compliance, operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and timely decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Utilize your knowledge and experience in lending processes and credit to support the team effectively.

  • • Demonstrate emerging leadership capabilities to guide the Deal Ready Associates.

  • • Possess end-to-end Lending Services knowledge for seamless operations.

  • • Identify, assess, and mitigate potential risks during transitions through proactive planning.

  • • Drive process optimization to achieve a minimum of 10% efficiency gain in operations.

  • • Maintain compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards.

  • • Play a vital role in creating a customer-focused service excellence culture.

  • • Support bankers in meeting customer needs while ensuring effective and efficient operations.

  • • Lead cross-functional teams and complex projects to achieve key targets.
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • 18+ years of professional experience in banking or finance disciplines.

  • • Proven track record in managing change, operational improvement, and achieving financial targets.

  • • Strong experience in leading multi-cultural scenarios and delivering exceptional customer service.

  • • Bachelor's degree in finance or commerce is preferred.
