Engineering Head (VP/EM)

**We’re Hiring . Engineering Head (VP/EM): pi-authentify . pi-labs . Pune

At pi-labs, we’re building AI platforms that defend digital truth at the highest levels of national security and intelligence.

We’re looking for a heavyweight technical leader to head engineering for pi-aunthentify, our AI-powered media authentication engine.

This isn’t a role for someone who manages from a distance. We need a hands-on Engineering Head who is as comfortable in the codebase as they are in a sprint planning meeting, the bridge between cutting-edge research and a production-ready product.

You’ll be responsible for:

— End-to-end ownership of the Authentify product lifecycle

— Deep-dive technical oversight across CV and audio feature integration

— High-quality code reviews and architectural integrity

— Regular engine upgrades and client deployments with clinical precision

— Forensic-grade data pipelines, from collection to model-ready input

— Automation of manual workflows and DevOps optimization

What we’re looking for:

— B.Tech/M.Tech in Computer Science or Electronics

— 6–8 years of engineering experience with a strong background in productionizing deep learning models

— Hands-on coder — this is non-negotiable

— Deep working knowledge of latest DL architectures

— Someone who wants to solve one of the hardest problems in digital integrity
