About the Role
Roles and Responsibilities
Role - EA to CTOLocation :- Hyderabad
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the CTO’s calendar and prioritize appointments to align with strategic goals
• Contribute to the development and execution of strategic initiatives, including research and analysis, project management, and communication
• Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and other materials to support strategic decision-making
• Proactively identify and address potential issues and risks that may impact the CTO’s objectives
• Collaborate with other departments and external stakeholders to drive cross-functional projects and initiatives
• Monitor and manage the CTO’s email and other communications to ensure timely and effective responses
• Prepare and review financial reports and other documentation to support decision-making
• Coordinate travel arrangements, including itinerary planning and logistics, to maximize productivity and minimize disruption
• Attend meetings with the CTO and other stakeholders, and provide insightful and strategic input as required
• Maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field preferred
• Minimum of 2-6 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a technology or startup environment
• Strong project management skills with a track record of successfully executing strategic initiatives
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address potential issues before they arise
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software
• Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude and a passion for driving innovation
• Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
