Director

Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a team of talented data engineers.

- Architect, design, and implement scalable data infrastructure to support business needs.

- Develop and maintain data pipelines for ingestion, processing, and storage of large datasets.

- Ensure data quality, reliability, and availability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (product, analytics, engineering) to define data requirements and deliver solutions.

- Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in data engineering.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in data engineering practices.

Qualifications :

- 10+ years of experience in data engineering, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.

- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts and best practices.

- Extensive experience with BigQuery and other data processing technologies.

- Hands-on experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP).

- Proficiency in SQL and at least one scripting language (e., Python).

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms (e., GCP, AWS, Azure).

- Experience with data governance and compliance.

- Familiarity with data visualization tools.

- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
