With this position we offer :

Web properties team is looking for a leadership role for a talented team of individuals with expertise in Web Development using cutting edge technologies. Team is responsible for building high performance application stack to meet business requirements. Web Properties manages the company’s primary website, Nasdaq.com, as well as other corporate websites, working closely with the Marketing and Branding organization.

Your role and responsibilities : As a Director – Software Engineer , you will lead a high performing full stack engineering team responsible for delivering complex, scalable and high-quality market data and digital solutions. While the focus includes overseeing delivery of market data related Initiatives, the role spans broader ownership across the full stack applications, ensuring seamless integration into the design system, performance and business impact.

This leadership role is expected to drive execution excellence, strengthen Agile ways of working, cultivate engineering best practices, and partners closely with product, architecture and business stakeholders to deliver value at speed and scale.
