Who are we looking for?
- We are seeking an experienced Director - Implementation to lead the end-to-end product implementation function for our Patient Access (PA) and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) products.
- This role will be responsible for ensuring smooth client onboarding, delivering implementations on time and with high quality, and building scalable processes to increase implementation capacity.
- The ideal candidate will bring strong expertise in healthcare technology and SaaS implementations, proven leadership experience, and a track record of driving operational excellence in client delivery.
Your Responsibilities at Infinx:
- Lead and manage the Product Implementation function ensuring timely client onboarding.
- Own the end-to-end implementation process, from requirements gathering through go-live, including process design and execution.
- Build and manage a team to foster for efficiency and agility.
- Drive consistency, scalability, and quality in implementation methodology, tools, and processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth hand-offs and alignment.
- Track and report implementation progress, timelines, risks, and escalations to leadership.
- Establish best practices and continuously improve delivery models to increase implementation bandwidth without compromising quality.
- Be the counterpart to customer leaders during implementations, providing strategic oversight and ensuring alignment between client goals and delivery outcomes.
Who's Our Ideal Candidate ?
- 12-15+ years of experience in technology services/implementation, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Deep experience in healthcare technology and SaaS product implementations, with a strong understanding of U.S. healthcare workflows - is a strong plus
- A demonstrated ability to scale implementation capacity by building efficient team structures that increase throughput.
- A leadership style that balances strategic direction with hands-on involvement, ensuring accountability at every level of the team.
- Strong skills in program management, process design, and metrics-driven delivery, consistently driving on-time implementations.
- Comfort working with U.S. clients and aligning partial availability to U.S. hours
