About the Role
We are on the lookout for a high-impact, revenue-driven Sales Director - Enterprise Sales to lead our expansion in the Mumbai market.
This is a strategic leadership role for someone who thrives on cracking large enterprise deals, engaging CXOs, and building high-value SaaS partnerships. You will play a critical role in positioning us as the preferred Payroll/HR SaaS partner for large enterprises.

What You'll Own:
- Drive new business acquisition and expand strategic enterprise accounts
- Build and execute a winning enterprise sales strategy for Mumbai
- Engage and influence CXOs, HR Heads, and Payroll decision-makers
- Lead consultative selling, product demos, and solution-led conversations
- Own end-to-end deal cycles - from prospecting to closure (multi-crore deals)
- Lead complex negotiations and long-term contracts
- Build and mentor a high-performing enterprise sales team
- Partner with Product, Marketing & Customer Success for seamless delivery
- Own pipeline, forecasting, and CRM discipline
- Represent the brand at industry forums, events, and leadership conversations
- Act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients ensuring retention & growth
What We're Looking For:
- 12 years in Enterprise SaaS Sales (HR/Payroll SaaS preferred)
- 3+ years in team handling / leadership role
- Proven track record of closing large enterprise deals (multi-crore ARR)
- Strong network with enterprise HR / Payroll / CXO stakeholders
- Expertise in consultative selling & complex deal management
- High ownership mindset with a hunter attitude
