  • • Lead and deliver end-to-end SAP Treasury and Risk Management transformation and implementation programs for enterprise clients.

  • • Drive treasury transformation initiatives covering cash management, liquidity planning, bank communication, debt and investment management, and financial risk management.

  • • Manage full project lifecycle activities including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.

  • • Collaborate with business stakeholders, finance teams, treasury departments, and banking partners to define optimized treasury processes and solutions.

  • • Provide strategic advisory and functional expertise in treasury operations, financial instruments, hedge management, and risk mitigation processes.

  • • Lead integration initiatives between SAP TRM, SAP S/4HANA, SAP FI/CO, banking interfaces, and external financial systems.

  • • Drive solution governance, delivery quality, issue resolution, and risk management across multiple SAP treasury engagements.

  • • Support treasury modernization initiatives leveraging SAP S/4HANA Treasury capabilities and digital finance transformation strategies.

  • • Manage stakeholder communication, conduct workshops, and ensure alignment between business requirements and technical delivery.

  • • Mentor junior consultants and delivery teams while ensuring adherence to SAP best practices and organizational standards.

  • • Participate in client discussions, solution presentations, estimation, and transformation roadmap planning.

  • • Open to travel for client engagements, workshops, and project delivery requirements.

  • Key skills required



  • • 14. years of SAP consulting experience with deep expertise in SAP Treasury . Risk Management (TRM).

  • • Proven experience delivering a minimum of 7 end-to-end SAP TRM implementation programs.

  • • Strong functional expertise in:

  • • Cash Management

  • • Liquidity Planning

  • • Bank Communication Management

  • • Debt . Investment Management

  • • Hedge Management and Financial Risk Management

  • • Strong experience with SAP S/4HANA Treasury capabilities and treasury transformation programs.

  • • Deep understanding of treasury operations, financial instruments, banking processes, and risk management frameworks.

  • • Strong integration expertise across SAP TRM, SAP FI/CO, payment systems, and banking interfaces.

  • • Preferable domain experience within the insurance industry and financial services environments.

  • • Strong stakeholder management, consulting, and client-facing communication capabilities.

  • • Experience in solution design, process optimization, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.

  • • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and governance capabilities within enterprise SAP programs.

  • • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, delivery timelines, and business-critical treasury transformation initiatives.

  • • Willingness to travel based on project and client requirements.
