As a Project Management professional in our company, you will be responsible for providing advisory services across various sectors. Your role will involve the following key responsibilities:
• Conducting technical feasibility assessments for green-field, brown-field, and renovation projects• Evaluating cost feasibility and developing project execution plans including Property Improvement Plans (PIP) and procurement strategies• Programming, design review & audit, construction audit, and operational MEP audit including energy auditsIn the development phase, you will be expected to:
• Prepare case studies of past assignments• Provide operational support to our hospitality partner HOTELIVATE and establish partnerships with industry consultants in healthcare and retail sectors• Participate in business development activities by making presentations to hotel operators, industry consultants, and potential clients• Create technical & financial proposals for customized advisory services and negotiate appointment terms with clientsDuring the delivery phase, your responsibilities will include:
• Developing assignment execution plans, timelines, and resource allocation• Leading internal teams and external partners to produce plans, cost estimates, and schedules• Generating client reports, delivering presentations, and managing billing and payment collection• Marketing engineering/PM services to clients post-assignment and collaborating on further proposals with the Managing DirectorQualifications and Experience:
• 17-22 years of mixed experience in the construction industry, preferably in a development/pre-construction or planning role• Experience in a consultancy firm providing advisory services to the real estate/engineering/construction industry• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Engineering (BArch or BE/BTech), with a post-graduate business degree considered a plus• Demonstrated integrity, leadership, teamwork, and strong analytical skills• Ability to understand client business needs, develop appropriate development strategies, and communicate effectively in EnglishCompany Benefits:
