Role Overview:
Microsoft Industry Solutions Delivery (ISD) is a global organization comprising over 6,000 strategic sellers, industry and security experts, elite engineers, data scientists, architects, consultants, and delivery specialists. Working alongside partners, the organization aids Microsoft's key customers worldwide in addressing their specific challenges by providing comprehensive industry-specific solutions tailored to their unique requirements. ISD leads in innovation, delivering value throughout the customers' digital and AI transformation journey by offering cutting-edge solutions powered by Microsoft Cloud and AI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent GCID in the delivery of large transformational deals from origination through delivery stabilization

• Collaborate with cross-functional, cross-organizational teams and provide customer-facing executive leadership throughout the delivery lifecycle

• Orchestrate across architects, project managers, and technical delivery teams within GCID to drive project delivery strategy aligned with committed outcomes

• Initiate and mobilize delivery teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery outcomes

• Accountable for financial performance of the deal, including Azure Consumed Revenue (ACR), ISD revenue, and gross margin

• Implement effective quality management and change control techniques across the delivery cycle

• Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders through strategic communications to drive high customer satisfaction

Qualification Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field AND 20+ years of experience in project management

• Experience in driving large transformational projects as CTO/CIO of a large corporation or as a delivery leader at a technology/IT services organization

• Project Management Professional (PMP) and Program Management Professional (PgMP) certification

• 8+ years of financial management experience

• Agile certification, such as Scrum Master, Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP), or Professional Scrum Master One (PSM1) certification

• Experience in creating and managing intellectual property (IP) or publications
