About the Role

Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the product vision and roadmap aligned with business goals.

- Own key product metrics including conversion, retention and revenue growth.

- Lead end-to-end product lifecycle from ideation to launch and optimization.

- Collaborate with engineering, design, analytics and business teams for execution.

- Use data, user insights and experimentation (A/B testing, funnel analysis) to drive decisions.

- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience, supply growth and monetization.

- Work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to align on priorities.

- Communicate product strategy, progress and impact to stakeholders.

- Build, mentor and lead a high-performing team of product managers.

- Establish product management best practices and frameworks.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in Product Management with leadership exposure.

- Strong experience in consumer internet, marketplace or travel-tech platforms.

- Proven track record of scaling products and driving business impact.

- Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in SQL and Python.

- Experience with funnel analysis, experimentation and growth strategies.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
