Role Context:
A central product group is responsible for shaping how users interact with a large-scale digital commerce ecosystem. This team focuses on improving how customers discover, compare, and purchase products across multiple touchpoints such as web platforms, mobile applications, and assisted channels.
The broader objective is to simplify fragmented systems and create a unified, scalable platform that delivers a consistent and intuitive user experience.

The organization is evolving toward a technology-led model where digital capabilities drive business growth. This shift enables the creation of new revenue streams, improved customer engagement, and more personalized user journeys at scale.
Key initiatives include:
- Development of personalized engagement and loyalty experiences

Role Summary:
- This position requires a hands-on product leader who combines strategic thinking with execution capability. The role goes beyond roadmap ownership and demands active involvement in solving complex product and platform challenges.
- The individual is expected to bring strong expertise in consumer behavior, large-scale digital platforms, and cross-functional leadership while driving high-impact initiatives from concept to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define and drive key product metrics such as digital adoption, conversion, and customer satisfaction
- Lead the transformation of legacy systems into scalable, modern platforms
- Oversee product development across early-stage builds and large-scale enhancements
- Build and lead a high-performing product team with a strong focus on quality and ownership
- Hire, mentor, and develop talent while maintaining high performance standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams to align on priorities and execution
- Take ownership of complex initiatives, contributing both at a strategic level and in detailed execution discussions
Candidate Profile:
- Extensive experience (12+ years) in building and scaling consumer-facing digital products
- Strong background in e-commerce or high-traffic digital platforms
- Solid understanding of system architecture, APIs, and data-driven product design
- Proven ability to build and manage high-performing product teams
- Experience working across multiple regions and collaborating with diverse teams
- Comfortable driving change within large, complex environments
- Hands-on approach with the ability to operate at both strategic and execution levels
