About the Role

As the OTS Director, you will be responsible for collaborating with stakeholders in the business service lines, corporate functions, and technology to define the functional architecture for the firm. Your role will involve identifying functional gaps in the automation toolkit, assessing and trialing products within the organization and from other leading tools in the market, running trials, onboarding selected products to address functional gaps, and effectively solving real business problems. The deliverables you produce will be tangible and designed to support the execution of the overall strategy.

Key Responsibilities: - Be a subject matter expert in automation, particularly low code/no code technologies, focusing on identifying opportunities and designing solutions - Identify functional capability gaps and evaluate tools for potential adoption - Develop functional requirements and success criteria for product evaluation

  • • Manage and conduct proof of concepts (POCs) in collaboration with IT, business, and vendors

  • • Develop business cases and high-level deployment plans

  • • Provide input into contracting and negotiation processes

  • • Establish functional design best practices for replication, re-use, and efficient delivery

  • • Create product awareness, drive adoption, and track product usage

  • • Contribute to functional architecture definition and product onboarding

  • • Develop operating and governance models to optimize tool configuration and utilization

  • • Design product management requirements and articulate the cost of ownership based on consumption models

  • • Build and maintain effective communications with key stakeholders, cross-functional leaders, and project team members

  • • Guide and support project team members as needed

  • • Implement best practices to enhance scalability, reusability, security, and efficiency

  • • Deliver training to support teams on a regular and customized basis
  • Qualifications Required: - 15-20 years of experience in automation product management, preferably within organizations with a strong transformation agenda

  • • Extensive professional experience and awareness of Intelligent Automation tools, with a solid understanding of generative AI, AI, and ML concepts

  • • Significant experience in RPA technologies, particularly Automation Anywhere or MS Power Platform, along with other automation tools

  • • Experience in process intelligence, data transformation tools, BPM workflow technologies, and workforce management

  • • Direct involvement in major international business transformation projects

  • • Demonstrated credibility in delivering automation identification, strategy, design, and implementation programs
  • The successful candidate for this role will need to possess strong project management skills, a commercial mindset, financial acumen, excellent communication skills, and a structured approach to problem-solving. Additionally, a logical mindset, common sense, and a willingness to drive transformational change are essential qualities for this position.
