Director, Operations

Role Overview:
You will be an important member of Commercial Solutions, leading teams that perform Production Support across our Commercial Solutions data platforms. Your tasks will include operational production support for our Specialty Pharmacy and Specialty Distributor integration and aggregation deliverables supporting over 25 clients. As the Director, you will provide prioritization of teams overall tasks while coaching, mentoring, and training new and experienced hires. Additionally, you will lead the teams to find efficiency and continuously improve our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Overall lead for multiple individual teams spanning 10 resources

• Responsible for managing production support of Data Integration and Data Aggregation of Specialty Pharmacy, Specialty Distributor, Group Purchasing Organizations (GPO), Patient Hub, and other claims data through the Commercial Solutions suite of products

• Work with team Managers to assign individual tasks and manage teams workload capacity in a fast-paced data operations environment

• Own establishment of documented processes for data quality, data validation, data cleansing, and enrichment (where appropriate)

• Define and enforce data quality standards, policies, and procedures

• Drive the utilization of data analytics to identify areas for efficiency & process improvement, through monitoring, simplification, automation, and/or elimination of tasks

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation related to customer data management processes and procedures

Qualifications Required:

• 8 years experience in healthcare data operations and/or data stewardship roles

• Strong knowledge of Pharmaceutical industry sales/shipment data experience required

• Proficient in data management tools, databases, and analytics platforms

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Experience leading, training, and/or coaching a team of data-centric analysts Role Overview:
