About the Role

As a Research Director at True Global Intelligence (TGI), your role involves leading the design, execution, and delivery of insight-driven research for global and regional clients. You will oversee a diverse range of research engagements, including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches, spanning various areas such as communications, reputation, brand, ESG, employee engagement, public affairs, and media performance.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead multi-market research projects across diverse industries from start to finish. - Design customized research methodologies using both qualitative and quantitative approaches, integrating media monitoring and social listening data. - Ensure analytical rigor, relevance, and insightful outcomes in all research outputs.

  • • Oversee TGI's media monitoring services to provide high-quality, real-time insights across traditional, digital, and social media platforms.

  • • Collaborate with account teams to integrate media insights into campaign planning and reputation management strategies.

  • • Provide senior counsel to clients on media performance, leveraging benchmarks and KPIs to demonstrate value.

  • • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of researchers, analysts, and media monitoring specialists to ensure quality, consistency, and innovation in deliverables.

  • • Champion the adoption of new tools and technologies in the media and research space to enhance TGI's integrated analytics offering.
  • Qualifications Required: - 8+ years of experience in research, insights, or analytics, preferably in an agency or consultancy setting.

  • • Experience with media monitoring, social listening, or data analysis tools is highly advantageous.

  • • Proficiency in both quantitative (e.g., surveys, analytics, segmentation) and qualitative (e.g., interviews, focus groups) research methods.

  • • Strong strategic thinking abilities to connect media and research data to broader communications goals.

  • • Experience in team management and cross-functional collaboration.

  • • Familiarity with media intelligence platforms is beneficial.
