About the Role
As a strategic HR professional, you will be responsible for driving enterprise-wide HR transformation initiatives, optimizing HR processes, and leading the adoption of tech-forward HR solutions. Your primary focus will be on project management, process optimization, change management, employer branding, performance governance, and leadership impact. Here is what you can expect in this role:
- Take ownership of HR transformation initiatives from start to finish.
- Develop detailed project plans and outcomes based on the organization's vision.
- Identify inefficiencies and streamline workflows across HR domains.
- Integrate next-gen HR tech, AI tools, and automation for business impact.
- Implement change programs using the RG Change Management framework (SCOPE).
- Collaborate with HR leadership to ensure clarity and traction in HR initiatives.
- Build and amplify the employer value proposition.
- Work with marketing, TA, and leadership to create compelling narratives.
- Manage business reviews, executive dashboards, and board-level preparations.
- Drive HR annual OKRs and quarterly priorities across the organization.
- Support the CHRO in enhancing leadership team effectiveness.
- Represent the CHRO and drive HR priorities with the Global HR Leadership team.
