About the Role

As a highly skilled and strategic Senior Bid Manager (Director level) at Coforge in Greater Noida, you will be responsible for leading end-to-end bid management, program governance, people management, financial modeling, and innovative pricing strategy initiatives. Your role will involve managing large and complex bids, developing win strategies, story lining proposals, conducting advanced financial analyses, and designing pricing models to maximize return on investment (RoI) for customers.

Key Responsibilities: - Lead and manage large, complex bids (value 20M) from initiation to submission. - Develop, refine, and drive effective win strategies and deal constructs. - Conduct detailed financial analysis, create pricing models, and optimize RoI.

  • • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across solutioning, delivery, technology, and finance to develop high-quality proposals.

  • • Create compelling storyline and proposal structures aligned with client requirements.

  • • Ensure all proposals comply with organizational standards, governance processes, and customer expectations.

  • • Mentor and lead team members involved in bid management and proposal writing.
  • Mandatory Skills: - Bid Management experience, including managing and solutioning large bids (20M).

  • • Ability to create and drive win strategies.

  • • Deal construct expertise.

  • • Strong Application Solutioning background.
  • Desirable Skills: - Solution writing and proposal structuring.
