About the Role
As a Director of Product Engineering, you will be responsible for leading the end-to-end engineering efforts for Trade and Supply Chain products. Your role will involve making architectural and technical decisions to ensure scalability, performance, and quality of the products. You will guide and mentor engineering teams, actively participate in the build process, and work on AWS-based deployments following cloud engineering best practices. Additionally, you will leverage Java, Python, and open-source technologies across the tech stack and identify opportunities to integrate AI into product workflows.

An engineer who has spent the last 8–12 years shipping Trade or Supply Chain Finance products on cloud (AWS preferred), who still codes or reviews code regularly, and who can articulate both microservices trade-offs and business constraints without defaulting to management-speak.
