About The Role We’re looking for a Director of Engineering to lead our Member Ops technology teams. This group is at the heart of how we serve our members – building the systems that power Tide’s support, risk, and back-office operations. From case management platforms to AI-driven automation, your teams will make sure our members get seamless, fast, and reliable support whenever they need us.
This is a role for someone who loves scaling technology and people. You’ll partner with Product, Risk, and Operations leaders to shape the future of our Ops platforms and take our member experience to the next level.

Ideal Candidate
An engineering leader who has built or scaled operational backbone systems (support, case management, fraud/risk tooling) at a fintech or high-volume SaaS company, with 5+ years managing multiple teams through infrastructure complexity.

₹35 L – ₹65 L per year
