As the Marketing Head for luxury brands, your role will involve driving brand strategy, consumer engagement, and business growth. Key Responsibilities: - Own the annual marketing strategy and calendar for brands in alignment with global brand guidelines and business objectives. - Drive brand positioning, awareness, and desirability in the Indian luxury consumer landscape. - Partner with global brand teams to maintain consistent luxury codes and storytelling.
• Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns across various channels such as ATL, BTL, digital, PR, and events.
• Lead launches, store openings, and high-touch brand experiences.
• Drive localized campaigns while preserving the global brand DNA.
• Lead digital marketing strategy encompassing social media, content, influencers, CRM, and performance channels.
• Utilize consumer insights and data to enhance customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.
• Work closely with Business Heads, Retail, VM, and Merchandising teams to support sell-through and traffic objectives.
• Track marketing ROI, budgets, and campaign effectiveness to ensure alignment with sales cycles and store priorities.
• Lead and develop the marketing team supporting the brands.
• Manage agencies (creative, media, PR, digital) and external partners effectively.
• Act as the key marketing interface with global principals and internal leadership.
Qualifications Required: - Master's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Fashion Management, or Business Administration.
• 1218 years of experience in marketing, preferably in luxury/premium fashion, lifestyle, or consumer brands.
• Prior experience working with international luxury brands or global principals is preferred.
• Strong creative sensibility with data-driven decision-making skills.
• Exposure to retail-led marketing and omnichannel ecosystems is a strong advantage.
• Experience in managing cross-functional teams, agencies, and large-scale budgets.
