Role Objective :
- Setting-up & scaling new/chosen businesses for Moglix by staying on top of industry trends by finding and prioritizing opportunities based on size, internal capabilities, etc.
- Owning & growing the category P&L by going deep and understanding where opportunities are and consequently creating viable business plans to service the opportunities.
Role Responsibilities :
- Conduct market analysis to evaluate new categories and 'Go to Market' strategy
- Assess competitive offerings and develop unique value propositions
- Strategize and execute 0 to 1 journey of new business with P&L responsibility
- Own & grow the P&L with end-to-end responsibility of sales, account management, operations & supply chain.
- Get relevant enterprise customers on board, nurture them and convert them to consistent key accounts.
- Strategize entry across industrial segments and enabling technology led procurement.
- Plan, execute and monitor the sales operations with the objective of attaining accelerated growth in Share of business.
- Ensure account stabilization and further growth
Work Experience
- 13+ years of relevant experience in P&L management/Enterprise sales in B2B/Industrial space.
- Exposure to consultative sales to enterprises will be preferred.
Knowledge/Skills :
- Excellent communication & people management skills. Should have led a sizeable team. High level of ownership, willingness to set up things from scratch.
- Must enjoy sales hunting and driving aggressive sales targets, coaching and mentoring a sizable team
Education :
B. Tech & MBA from reputed institute
