Exploring the role:

- We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director - Learning & Development to drive strategic L&D initiatives, with a strong focus on AI-powered learning solutions, instructional design, and leadership development programs.

- This is a pivotal role that will contribute significantly to talent development, capability building, and business impact.

- How Your Day Will Look Like/Job Responsibility.

Learning Strategy & Execution:

- Design and implement innovative, scalable, and AI-integrated L&D strategies aligned with organizational goals.

- Partner with business leaders to conduct needs analysis and identify learning priorities.

Instructional & Visual Design:

- Leverage expertise in instructional design to develop high-impact learning content.

- Create engaging digital learning experiences using tools like Canva, Articulate, Vyond, and similar platforms.

Program Design & Facilitation:

- Conceptualize and facilitate learning interventions across career stages, including leadership development programs.

- Evaluate program effectiveness and continuously improve learning solutions.

AI-Based Learning Enablement:

- Use data-driven and AI-based tools to personalize learning pathways and improve learning outcomes.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and trends in AI.

Organizational Development (OD) Support:

1Support or co-lead OD interventions such as culture transformation, change management, and team effectiveness programs.

Education & Work Experience:

- 10 - 15 years of experience in L&D.

- Experience in Instructional Design, Organizational Development (OD) initiatives and change management.

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Psychology, Learning Design, or related field.

- Certification in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or Leadership Development is an added advantage.

Knowledge:

- Learning theories, instructional design models (ADDIE), and adult learning principles.

- Tools and technologies in L&D, including AI-driven platforms, LMS, and content creation tools.

- Leadership development frameworks and performance improvement strategies.

Skills:

- Serve as a billing subject matter expert for a particular Entity Generating invoices after.

- Designing and delivering engaging learning programs (virtual, in-person, blended).

- Creating visual and interactive learning content using tools like Canva, Articulate, and Vyond.

- Facilitating workshops, coaching sessions, and leadership programs.

- Analyzing learning needs, measuring effectiveness, and managing L&D projects.

- Collaborating with stakeholders to align learning with business goals.
