THE INSTITUTION

We are building a purpose-built finance institution in Mumbai, that brings out India's best finance talent.

Its curriculum is co-authored by CEOs and vetted by an academic council drawn from India's and the world's leading institutions. Its first batch of 60 students enrolls in 2027. It is being built for the top 1% of BFSI talent, and co-owned with the industry it will serve for generations.

THE ROLE

Every school has someone who is the bridge between it and the industry it serves. This is that role.

You will be the face of the institution in Mumbai's BFSI world - the person senior practitioners take seriously and commit their time and credibility to. You will build and steward the community of industry leaders who co-own what this institution produces: the CXOs who teach, the domain heads who sit on industry senates, the CHROs who stake their hiring on our graduates.

You will be asking serious people to bet on something unproven - and you will need the standing, the relationships, and the belief to make that ask credibly.

WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON

- Build and lead the practitioner faculty pipeline - CXOs, fund managers, credit heads, investment bankers who teach and co-design curriculum

- Convene and chair the Industry Senates - one per specialisation track, each anchored by senior practitioners who author the curriculum, not just review it

- Own relationships with the CHROs and talent heads of India's leading BFSI firms - the people who will hire our graduates

- Represent the institution at the forums, closed-door conversations, and industry gatherings where financial services leadership congregates

- Feed an evolving read on the BFSI talent landscape back into the institution - what is changing, what the curriculum needs to anticipate, where the next generation of practitioners is emerging.

WHO THIS IS FOR

You have 15 to 25 years in a senior operating role in finance - as a banker, a portfolio manager, an advisor, a product leader at a financial institution.

You have never run a centre of excellence or a finance function. Your career has been on the operating side - where decisions had real consequences and relationships were built through substance, not proximity.
