Description :

The Director - Open Source Technologies, at Flexsin Technologies will lead the design and development of technology solutions for our clients in Open Source (Python, PHP, MERN), and Mobility offering.

The role requires strong expertise in Solution Architecture, Pre-Sales Consulting, and Technology Strategy.

The ideal candidate will work closely with delivery, sales, and engineering teams to craft scalable and innovative solutions that address complex business challenges and drive business growth.

Responsibilities :

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Lead the design of end-to-end technology solutions for client engagements.

- Translate client requirements into scalable, secure, and high-performance solution architectures.

- Define technology stack, integrations, and implementation frameworks.

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement :

- Collaborate with Business Development and Sales teams in client pursuits.

- Participate in client discovery sessions, workshops, and technical discussions.

- Lead solution presentations, demos, and technical proposals.

Collaboration with Delivery Teams :

- Work closely with engineering, project management, and delivery teams to ensure smooth transition

from solutioning to implementation.

- Provide guidance during project initiation and critical technical escalations.

Thought Leadership

- Represent the organization in client discussions, industry forums, and strategic engagements.

- Contribute to whitepapers, case studies, and solution frameworks.

Technology Strategy

- Create appropraite technology solutions based on cleint needs

- Develop Go-To-Market solutions/POCs to enable business growth and organization's offerings.

- Drive innovation by identifying emerging technologies and solution frameworks.

- Develop solution accelerators, reusable components, and best practices.

- Support the development of new service offerings and capability building.

Proposal Development & Estimation :

- Prepare technical proposals, solution documents, and Statements of Work (SOW).

- Provide effort estimation, cost modeling, and resource planning.

- Ensure solutions are commercially viable and aligned with delivery capabilities.

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS :

- 15 to 20 years of experience in software services or IT consulting.

- Bachelors in Computer Science with Masters in Management, or related field.

- Past experience in Open Source (Python, PHP, MERN etc.), and Mobility offerings to Enterprise Customers.

- Experience in AI, Data Engineering, or Digital Transformation solutions

- Knowledge of microservices architecture, APIs, and enterprise integrations

- Proven experience in Solution Architecture or Pre-Sales leadership roles in a services organization.

- Strong experience in enterprise solution architecture and system design.

- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

- Strong client-facing and consulting abilities, especially at.

- Experience in RFP/RFI responses and proposal management.

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and complex engagements.

- Excellent communication and presentation skills
