About the Role

As a Director in the Finance Transformation & Shared Services Advisory practice at PwC India, your role will involve leading the end-to-end delivery of finance and accounting services to global clients. Your responsibilities will include:

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement innovative solutions

• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders and global clients

• Optimizing organizational efficiency by assessing opportunities to streamline activities and reduce costs

• Monitoring service performance against SLAs and implementing corrective actions

• Driving continuous improvement initiatives using data-driven insights and emerging finance technologies

• Providing leadership and mentorship to the service delivery team

• Preparing and presenting regular reports on service performance and transformation progress

• Staying abreast of the latest trends in finance technology and AI applications

• Encouraging a culture of creativity, discipline, and inclusivity

• Working closely with HR to ensure recruitment of appropriately skilled employees

Qualifications required for this role include:

• 15+ years of experience in finance roles and outsourcing management

• Masters degree or equivalent (CA/MBA in Finance & Accounts preferred)

• Proven experience in leading mid-to-large outsourced teams

• Experience working with global clients across diverse industries

• Certification in Outsourcing Management is an advantage

• Strong understanding of AP/AR/RTR process and leading best practices

Preferred skill sets include experience in FinOps Service Delivery with Consulting experience. Your educational background should ideally include a CA/MBA/BE/B.Tech degree.
