About the Role

Role Overview:
As the Director - F&A Solution at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will be a domain expert in Record-to-Report and FP&A processes, focusing on RTR, Financial reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting among other key areas. Your role will involve being well-versed in digital technologies, automation, analytics, and leading end-to-end FP&A transformation projects for global clients. You will play a crucial part in identifying opportunities, pitching digital solutions, creating business cases, and driving outcomes in a fast-paced, project-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • • Act as a domain expert in Record-to-Report and FP&A processes, specializing in RTR, Financial reporting, Budgeting & Forecasting

  • • Lead end-to-end FP&A transformation projects for Global clients

  • • Engage in pre-sales activities for digital capabilities, including identifying opportunities, pitching the right solutions, and creating business cases

  • • Utilize digital technologies, tools, automation, and analytics for FP&A processes

  • • Collaborate with multiple departments within the company to lead the overall transformation journey for clients

  • • Develop F&A digital assets, collaterals, and case studies for existing digital capabilities

  • • Participate in special/strategic projects as required, such as conducting diagnostics, solution design, or due diligence exercises

  • • Prepare and publish white papers, as well as participate in webinars to market joint value propositions with partners

  • • Understand, propose, and pitch key levers/differentiators to new/existing customers for their transformation journey

  • • Develop strong client dialogues at both GPO and CXO levels

  • • Be action and results-oriented, self-driven, quality-focused, and adaptable

  • • Be capable of domestic and international travel as needed
  • Qualifications Required:

  • • Bachelors/Masters degree in Finance

  • • Minimum 12 years of work experience with a combination of accounting and systems roles

  • • Deep understanding of R2R and FP&A processes and requirements

  • • Proven track record in leading successful systems implementations with stakeholder engagement

  • • Proficiency in SAP, Blackline, and similar ERPs

  • • Knowledge of Tableau and data transformation tools (e.g., Alteryx, Microsoft Power Platform) and Financial Modeling would be advantageous

  • • Experience managing large, multidisciplinary projects like software/ERP implementations and finance transformations

  • • Collaborative team player with excellent interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communication skills
