About the Role

As an Executive Search & Recruitment Specialist at our company, you will play a crucial role in driving leadership hiring and revenue growth for our clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • • Leading end-to-end CXO and leadership hiring, covering roles such as CEO, CFO, CHRO, CTO, etc.

  • • Building and maintaining strong succession pipelines and executive talent communities

  • • Conducting leadership assessments, market mapping, and reference validation

  • • Ensuring high-quality delivery on complex and strategic mandates
  • In addition, you will be responsible for:

  • • Owning and delivering assigned revenue targets through executive search mandates

  • • Driving new business development across sectors and leadership hiring verticals

  • • Converting mandates into long-term, strategic client partnerships

  • • Expanding wallet share across existing enterprise clients
  • You will also act as a trusted advisor to Boards, Founders, and Promoters on leadership hiring decisions, manage negotiations with confidentiality and integrity, provide market intelligence to clients, and build long-term relationships with CXOs and senior stakeholders.

    Moreover, you will lead, mentor, and scale a team of consultants and researchers, drive a high-performance culture focused on delivery excellence, enable capability building across the team in executive search and advisory, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

    Your strategic impact will involve strengthening the organizations positioning as a preferred leadership hiring partner, driving employer branding initiatives for senior mandates, advising clients on talent strategy and workforce trends, and contributing to thought leadership in leadership hiring and talent advisory.

    Qualifications required for this role include:

  • • 15+ years of experience in Executive Search / Leadership Hiring

  • • Strong track record of closing CXO and senior leadership roles

  • • Ability to consistently deliver multi-crore revenue targets

  • • Deep relationships with industry leaders, promoters, and CXOs

  • • Experience in consulting-led talent advisory is preferred

  • • Full-time Masters degree in HR, Business Management, or related field

  • • Certifications in leadership assessment or executive coaching (preferred)

  • • Ability to connect leadership hiring with client strategy and P&L outcomes

  • • Long-term perspective on talent markets, succession planning, and EVP

  • • Proven ability to build, inspire, and scale high-performing teams
