Job Description Ignite Your Future: At QAD, we are building intelligent, adaptive platforms that redefine manufacturing and supply chains. As Director of Engineering, you will own the delivery and technical direction of a major engineering domain, leading multiple teams and managers while partnering closely with Product and senior leadership. This role blends strong people leadership with deep technical credibility, driving cloud‑native, AI‑enabled enterprise SaaS products at scale.

Ideal Candidate
An engineering leader with 10+ years experience and 4+ years managing multiple teams who has shipped enterprise SaaS products in high-growth environments (startup/scale-up preferred).
Estimated Salary Range(medium confidence)
₹35 L – ₹55 L per year
