The
Director of Engineering provides visionary leadership and strategic direction for multiple engineering organizations or product domains. This role is accountable for shaping the long-term technology strategy, driving innovation, and ensuring delivery of secure, scalable, and customer-centric solutions. The Director partners with executive leadership across R.D, Product Management, Security Services (S2., and other business units to align engineering execution with corporate objectives. This leader builds a culture of excellence, fosters organizational agility, and ensures engineering capabilities scale with business growth.

Security Requirements
Ideal Candidate
Someone who has scaled engineering from 50 to 500+ headcount across distributed teams, shipped security-critical products under regulatory scrutiny, and moved from hands-on architecture into pure strategy/organizational design.
