About the Role

As a member of the leading Consulting organization in Bangalore, you will be responsible for various key aspects related to employer branding, social media management, communication strategies, and stakeholder relationships. Your role will involve the following responsibilities:

  • • Define and promote the company's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to position the organization as an employer of choice.

  • • Manage social media calendars (LinkedIn, Glassdoor, etc.) by creating, scheduling, and monitoring content to increase brand visibility.

  • • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for engagement, campaign ROI, and employee sentiment, preparing reports for leadership.

  • • Execute internal communication plans, employee engagement programs, and manage employee communications to foster a positive culture.

  • • Build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders to deliver and execute marketing and communication programs that address business needs and produce tangible outcomes.

  • • Tailor and adapt employer brand content to suit various audiences, ensuring consistency of brand messaging, style, and tone across different platforms.

  • • Support end-to-end execution of employer branding initiatives including internal engagement campaigns, external branding, awards, events, etc.

  • • Define and execute integrated marketing and corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Additionally, the ideal candidate for this role should have working experience in GCC & Tech background to effectively contribute to the organization's goals and objectives.
