Role Overview:

As the Director - Brand, Content, and Social Media Marketing, you will be responsible for shaping and executing Droom's brand strategy, crafting compelling content, and driving impactful social media campaigns. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and technology to ensure brand consistency and alignment with business objectives. This role directly impacts Droom's brand perception, customer engagement, and ultimately, market share.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive brand strategy that elevates Droom's market position and resonates with target audiences.

- Lead the creation of engaging and informative content across various platforms, including website, blog, social media, and email, to drive brand awareness and generate leads.

- Oversee the social media strategy and execution, ensuring consistent brand messaging and maximizing engagement across all relevant channels.

- Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources strategically to achieve optimal ROI.

- Develop and implement marketing communication strategies to enhance brand reputation and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform marketing strategies.

- Collaborate with the sales team to develop marketing programs that support sales objectives and drive revenue growth.

- Monitor and analyze marketing campaign performance, providing regular reports and recommendations for improvement.
