Director - Delivery Management

Job Title: Director, Delivery Management.

Overall Purpose:

- The role leads the Revenue Integrity Engineering team, which designs and operates processes that help airlines protect expected revenue by reducing leakage caused by booking issues, policy inconsistencies, fraud risk, and operational challenges.

- Revenue Integrity sits between Revenue Management (expected revenue) and Revenue Accounting (received revenue) as a control layer across booking, ticketing, changes, and airport operations.

- In this role, the leader will guide the engineering team responsible for multiple Revenue Integrity products, collaboratively shape strategy and vision, support stakeholder partnerships, and steward architectural direction, including work related to Nevio.

- The role includes creating an inclusive team environment, developing talent, and enabling scale through clarity, empowerment, and continuous improvement.

- The leader will also support innovation and work across teams to influence key technical and product decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategy, Vision & Architecture: Drive strategy at the unit or platform level, contribute to long- term technical and product direction, and guide architectural principles, including key initiatives such as Nevio.

- Stakeholder Collaboration: Maintain transparent, timely communication with product managers, architects, leadership, customers, and Agile teams (SAFE Amigos) to strengthen relationships and support predictable execution.

- Risk, Dependency & Process Management: Identify and prioritize dependencies, anticipate risks, support consistent processes, and promote improvements that enhance productivity and quality of delivery.

- Customer Outcomes & Delivery Quality: Ensure alignment on delivery objectives, maintain consistent communication with customers, and support timely, high- quality outcomes that sustain long- term business value.

- Team Leadership & Development: Build, coach, and manage a diverse team, create an environment that encourages retention, and support succession planning for each group.

Ideal Candidate:

- We are seeking an experienced senior leader to join the R&D (Research and Development) Order Team in India as part of the Retail Transformation Program.

- This leader will oversee a suite of products focused on revenue protection.

- Extensive experience in IT (typically 18+ years or equivalent expertise), including leading transformation initiatives.

- Experience with omnichannel systems and Order and/or Offer Management.

- Understanding of fraud- prevention practices within the order- offer lifecycle and commitment to end- to- end integrity.

- Strong grounding in AI concepts, with the ability to guide AI- driven product solutions.

- Technical experience in Java, Big Data platforms, Python, and AI technologies.

- Experience leading diverse teams and collaborating with external and internal stakeholders to meet delivery goals (performance, risk, budget, and engagement).

- Working knowledge of Agile methodology, including the SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) approach.

- Knowledge of airline standards such as NDC (New Distribution Capability), One Order, or broader Retail Transformation concepts is beneficial but not required.
