The IT Data Analytics team is responsible for sourcing, processing, distributing data internally and externally. The team covers data needs across all aspects of investment analysis, portfolio management, back-office processing, investor reporting, and regulatory filings. Data Analytics team members collaborate closely with SMEs across Front Office, Back Office, Investor Relations, Tax, Legal, Management Company in delivering data reporting and analytics technology solutions.
Position Description
PFS is seeking an Executive Director to lead and expand the firm’s India‑based Data . Analytics organization. This individual will be responsible for building, scaling, and managing a high‑performing team in Mumbai while driving the firm’s global data strategy, architecture, engineering, and reporting capabilities.
The Executive Director will partner closely with Portfolio Management, Operations, Finance, Risk, Investor Relations, Technology leadership, and external vendors to deliver mission‑critical data products and modernize PFS’s enterprise data ecosystem.In addition, this role will play a key part in enabling PFS’s AI and advanced analytics capabilities by building AI‑ready data foundations, supporting generative AI use cases, ensuring responsible, governed use of AI across the firm.
