About the Role

As a Director in Data & AI Consulting, you will be responsible for leading client accounts, programs, and engagements with an AI-first mindset. Your role will involve collaborating closely with US partners and directors to lead proposals, develop solution approaches, and manage schedules and pricing. Additionally, you will be tasked with building a strong Data & AI capability by developing people, processes, and tools to deliver high-value outcomes. It will be crucial for you to manage team utilization effectively to ensure minimal bench time and drive a culture of high performance through mentoring teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead client accounts, programs, and engagements independently with an AI-first mindset.

• Collaborate with US partners and directors to lead proposals on storyline, solution approach, schedule, and pricing.

• Establish and enhance a robust Data & AI capability encompassing people, processes, and tools.

• Manage team utilization to minimize necessary bench time.

• Mentor teams and foster a high-performance culture.

Qualifications Required:

• Experience in leading and delivering large transformation programs focused on cloud, data, and AI.

• Strong knowledge of cloud solutions such as Azure and AWS, as well as data platforms like Databricks and Snowflake.

• Proven experience in leading and delivering data lakehouse/analytics solutions.

• Familiarity with onshore/offshore delivery management and engagement/pricing models.

• Track record of leading and winning proposals through effective solutioning and pricing strategies.

Additionally, it would be beneficial to have experience working with FS/Capital Markets clients and spending time in the US collaborating closely with clients and leading onshore/offshore teams.

As a Director in Data & AI Consulting, you are expected to possess a consulting background from Big 4 firms, demonstrate independent thinking, and have a strong focus on innovation. Effective communication skills, an AI-first mindset, and a business-friendly approach are essential for this role. You should also be comfortable working in ambiguous situations, handling uncertain client requests, and prototyping solutions effectively.
