As a Director at CloudSEK, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between high-level business outcomes and deep technical execution. Your responsibilities include leading the global CSM and Service Delivery teams to ensure that enterprise clients enhance their security posture through the utilization of CloudSEK's software. You will be the Executive Technical Sponsor for Tier-1 global accounts, overseeing the entire post-sales lifecycle from implementation to long-term account expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Executive Business Reviews focusing on threat actor trends, threat landscape reports, regulatory compliances, and risk mitigation strategies with C-suite stakeholders.
- Design and execute a worldwide CSM playbook prioritizing technical health, feature adoption, customer engagement, and retention.
- Recruit, mentor, and scale a team of technically-inclined CSMs and Implementation Engineers.
- Establish and track KPIs to measure customer success initiatives and report on customer health and satisfaction.
- Manage the global service delivery team for all service lines including Customer Onboarding, Product Support, and Takedowns.
- Act as the primary feedback loop between customers and Product/Engineering teams, translating operational pain into product requirements.
