About the Role
- Professionally leads Transformation Specialists in heterogeneous and complex project environments.
- Responsible for business solution design of transformational programs. Supports team to identify the full range of business requirements and translate requirements into specific functional specifications for solution development and implementation.
- Maintains dedicated client relationships with key stakeholders of the Private Bank, with CIO PB and, if applicable, with external partners of Deutsche Bank. Agrees with stakeholders on the content of the business requirements to be implemented.
- Act as a trusted advisor to senior business leaders, influencing the definition of strategic objectives, shaping long-term transformation roadmaps, and meticulously crafting compelling business cases for critical products/change initiatives.
- Design innovative and practical solutions that leverage technology, process re-engineering, and organizational change to achieve desired outcomes.
- Drive the creation, maintenance, and strategic reporting for the overall team initiatives. Act as a contact person between business and CIO area for the own scope, coordinate alignments, and ensure traceability of requirements.
- Answering questions of methodological approach with varying levels of complexity.
- Drive strategic talent development, mentoring, and succession planning for key roles within the transformation function.
- Directly manage a team of professionals, including performance management, coaching, and career development to foster a high-performing and engaged team.
- Act as a role model and subject matter expert, inspiring and guiding colleagues towards achieving strategic goals.
Ideal Candidate
A seasoned transformation leader (15+ years) who has moved from hands-on solution architecture into people leadership, with demonstrated success influencing C-suite stakeholders and delivering large-scale BPR initiatives in regulated financial services.
