About the Role

As the Director of Architecture at our company, your role will be to lead the Architecture Practice within the region. This position requires you to drive design excellence, business growth, client engagement, and project delivery. Your responsibilities will encompass strategic leadership, design oversight, commercial accountability, and multidisciplinary coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and grow the Architecture portfolio across residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional sectors.

• Develop annual business plans, revenue forecasts, and market expansion strategies.

• Identify and secure new business opportunities, partnerships, and key accounts.

• Champion design excellence, innovation, sustainability, and digital integration (BIM, smart solutions).

• Provide executive oversight on large and complex projects.

• Act as senior client interface for marquee projects.

• Lead, mentor, and expand a multidisciplinary team of architects and designers.

• Manage P&L for the Architecture division.

• Ensure optimal resource utilization and project profitability.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture from a recognized institution.

• Registered Architect (COA / RIBA / equivalent preferred).

• 1825+ years of professional experience, with at least 810 years in leadership roles.

• Proven track record of leading large-scale mixed-use, township, hospitality, or infrastructure-related architectural projects.

• Strong commercial acumen and business development experience.

• Experience working in international markets is desirable.
