About the Role

You will be responsible for strategic planning and delivery of business results in the Pharma Industry. This includes formulating and executing marketing plans, leading the team to achieve goals, and collaborating with business partners and resources effectively.

  • • Identify opportunities, explore markets, generate leads, and achieve desired targets.

  • • Handle large teams and quickly scale them up as needed.

  • • Implement strategic interventions to increase market share and build brands.

  • • Provide strategic inputs for KOL initiatives, academic initiatives, and brand development.

  • • Monitor competition and industry trends, conduct training & development, and prepare techno-commercial proposals.

  • • Focus on reducing costs, improving salesforce productivity, and developing brands.

  • • Visit regularly to stay updated on market dynamics and customer insights.
