About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Deputy CTO to lead our technology organization and drive the development of cutting-edge banking software solutions. As a key member of our executive team, you will be responsible for setting the technical vision, overseeing the development and implementation of our technology strategy, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure software products.

Key Responsibilities:

•Technical Leadership:
oProvide technical leadership and guidance to engineering teams.
oFoster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
oStay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

•Strategy and Planning:
oDevelop and execute the long-term technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
oDefine and implement technology roadmaps and architectural blueprints.
oOversee the technology budget and resource allocation.

•Product Development:
oDrive the development of innovative banking software solutions.
oEnsure the quality, performance, and security of our products.
oCollaborate with product management and business stakeholders to define product requirements.

•Engineering Excellence:
oPromote best practices in software development, including agile methodologies and DevOps.
oEstablish and enforce coding standards, design patterns, and security protocols.
oFoster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing.

•Team Management:
oRecruit, hire, and mentor top-tier engineering talent.
oBuild and lead high-performing engineering teams.
oProvide coaching, guidance, and performance feedback to team members.
