About the Role

As a Technical Delivery Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of complex technology projects. Your role will combine technical expertise with leadership skills to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-End Project Management: Oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring alignment with business goals and stakeholder expectations.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: 15-20 years in technology delivery roles, managing large-scale projects and teams.

• Development Background: Significant experience in software development with hands-on coding experience in relevant technologies.

• Project Management Skills: Strong skills in Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA and Trello.

• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
