The Opportunity :
Our Group is a market leader with a proven track record across multiple industries. We have the capital, the reputation, and the scale. Now, we are launching our dedicated IT & Tech Development arm to build the future.
We aren't looking for an employee. We are looking for a Co-Founder-a visionary technical architect who wants to transition from building apps to building an institution. You will own the tech roadmap, build the team from zero, and turn our groups vision into market-disrupting products.
The Mission :
- Greenfield Leadership : Architect and launch our first suite of proprietary products from scratch.
- Visionary Strategy : Translate the Groups business goals into a robust, scalable technical roadmap.
- Team Mastery : Recruit, mentor, and lead an elite engineering culture that prizes speed, quality, and innovation.
- Innovation Engine : Keep the Group at the bleeding edge of AI, Cloud, and scalable architecture to ensure long-term dominance.
- Stakeholder Partnership : Act as the technical face of the company, bridging the gap between business investment and technical execution.
Who You Are :
- A "Builder" First : You have a history of shipping high-impact products. You still know your way around a codebase but prefer building the "machine" that builds the software.
- Entrepreneurial DNA : You don't wait for instructions. You see gaps and fill them. You are comfortable with the "Co-Founder" title and the ownership (and pressure) that comes with it.
- Ambitious & Long-term : You aren't looking for a 2-year stint. You want to build a legacy within a well-funded ecosystem.
- Tech Polymath : Deep expertise in modern stacks (Full-stack, Cloud Native, Microservices) and a keen eye for emerging tech.
