About the Role

Role Overview:
You will be joining WellMindAI as a Technical Co-founder (CTO) to contribute to the mission of making mental health support accessible, affordable, and stigma-free through AI-powered 24/7 digital counselors. This is a core team role with equity and not a salaried position until funding is secured.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take over the MVP tech and develop the V2 of the product

• Lead product architecture, AI integrations, and backend/frontend roadmap
