Role Description The CTO / Technical Co-founder role is a full-time remote position focused on technology leadership at WellMind AI during its pre-seed stage.

Responsibilities include defining and executing technical strategy, designing scalable system architectures, leading software development efforts, and developing creative AI-driven solutions for mental health. The role involves assembling and mentoring a high-performing technical team, overseeing product development, and ensuring the delivery of a secure and user-friendly platform. Working hands-on with both AI technologies and cloud infrastructure, you will collaborate closely with the founding team to build the foundation of WellMind AI.
