Role Description.

We are building Kerala-based health-tech infrastructure platform. Looking for a technical enthusiast to build long-term scalable system.

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at CLEVERX HEALTHCARE PVT LTD. The role is based in Kochi, with flexibility to work from home for part of the week. The CTO will lead the company’s technology strategy, oversee software development processes, and spearhead innovative product development initiatives. Responsibilities include managing IT architecture, driving high-level project management, ensuring robust technology infrastructure, and providing leadership to engineering teams to deliver cutting-edge healthtech solutions. The CTO will work closely with other executive team members to align technical goals with overall business objectives.

Qualifications
• Strong expertise in Software Development and Product Development to oversee the healthtech solutions and ensure efficient delivery.
• Proven experience in Project Management and IT Strategy to guide multiple technology projects and align with business goals.
• Knowledge of Architecture and systems design to build and maintain scalable, secure, and innovative IT platforms.
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills to inspire engineering teams and collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
• Familiarity with emerging healthtech technologies and trends; experience in the medical or healthcare industry is a plus.
• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field; additional certifications in relevant domains are advantageous.
