Role Description
This is a part-time, remote role for a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at Confidential company, with a compensation of 10% equity and no base salary. The CTO will lead the technical vision and strategic planning for the company, oversee software and product development, guide technical architecture decisions, and collaborate with the leadership team to ensure the alignment of technology strategy with business goals. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, ensuring efficient resource allocation, and driving innovation in AI-powered performance testing solutions.
Qualifications
Expertise in Software Development and Product Development, with a focus on delivering scalable and innovative solutions
Proficiency in IT Strategy and Architecture, with experience creating and executing robust technology roadmaps
Solid Project Management skills, including planning, resource allocation, and milestone tracking
Demonstrated leadership in managing technical teams and fostering innovation
Proven experience of 5+ years in technology leadership roles
Passion for AI, performance testing, and advancing technology-backed solutions
Excellent communication and decision-making skills
Background in AI development or related technologies is highly desirable
